The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) together with the Forensic Medical Examination and Pathological Anatomy Association of the Ministry of Health organized a theoretical and practical training on the "Exhumation process" for the relevant authorities and government agencies of Azerbaijan, APA reports citing ICRC.
The aim of this training is to conduct excavations through the inculcation of theoretical and practical knowledge and to promote the best practices on forensic archeology, including the initial measures taken to remove human remains.
