"Life span of this helicopter is 35 years. The helicopter has been sent to repair in 2020. He said that no malfunctions have become in the technical instructions of the helicopter.

“In 2013, the black box of the helicopter was updated. Thus, it has been replaced by a system in which more parameters are recorded. In accordance with the agreement, the black box in the Czech Republic was renewed and handed over. The Prosecutor General's Offices of the Czech Republic and Azerbaijan opened the black box after the accident and handed over the data to the investigation. Before the crash on November 30, the helicopter flew for 17 minutes and 24 seconds. No malfunctions were observed in the helicopter during the flight preparation and flight and no nuances were revealed during the investigation. It was identified that the helicopter crashed during the landing. There were no malfunctions until 25 seconds before the accident. The crash occurred due to steps taken that did not comply with the flight method, without taking into account the direction of the wind. Although the pilots tried to avoid the accident, the rapid loss of altitude made the crash inevitable.
