On August 11, a fire that occurred in the mountainous area with the complex relief near the Khachmaz village of the Oguz region has been extinguished, the press service of the MES told APA.
The fire burned 1.5 hectares of dry grass, shrubs, and dried tree stumps.
The fire has been extinguished by the employees of the State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Due to the mountainous area with complex relief, mainly manual labor was used).
The forest strip has been protected from the fire.
