A fatal traffic accident occurred in Baku, Azerbaijan, APA reports.
As a result of the accident, 4 people were killed and 1 other was seriously injured.
Chief inspector of the Baku City State Traffic Police Department Araz Asgarli said that Toyota Prius and Mercedes cars collided during the accident: "During the initial investigations, it was revealed that the incident occurred as Mercedes violated the maneuvering rules. Thus, the Mercedes, while speeding in the direction of the Koroglu metro, crashed into an obstacle and fell into the middle of the road. The Toyota Prius car that came from behind crashed into the Mercedes. 3 people died on the scene."
According to him, the injured person was taken to hospital and they are in a serious state.
