Evez Zeynalli's appeal was not granted

The appeal filed against the pre-trial detention measure against Evez Zeynalli, the general director of “Khural Yayinlari” LLC, who was accused of taking bribes from the imprisoned ex-chairman of the supervisory board of the “Baku Steel Company” company, has been considered, APA reports.

The decision was announced in the process chaired by judge Hasan Ahmadov at the Baku Court of Appeal.

According to the decision, the appeal against the pre-trial detention measure against Evez Zeynalli was not granted and the decision of the court of the first instance remained without any change.
