In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the fire and rescue forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan (MES) in the brotherly Republic of Turkey successfully continue to battlle wildfires, the press service of the MES told APA.
Over the past day, the MES forces have fought against the fire in Koycegiz, Pinar, Karayer, Kavacik, Cayhisar, Otmanlar district of Koycegiz region, Huseyin Yayla region of Kavakli valley region, and Yılanlı region of Mentesha region of brotherly Turkey.
Fire detection, extinguishing, and cooling measures have been implemented in these regions, and fire has been prevented to spread and pass to the other infrastructure facilities.
