The Binagadi District Court considered the submission of the investigative body to elect the head physician of the Masalli District Hospital Jalil Nazarov a preventive measure in the form of arrest, APA reports.
The trial chaired by Judge Faig Amiraliyev, the submission was satisfied.
By a court decision, a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen against Nazarov.
It should be noted that J. Nazarov was detained as a result of an operation carried out on January 22 by officers of the Main Anti-Corruption Department under the Prosecutor General.
He was charged under article 311.3.2 of the Criminal Code (taking a bribe, repeatedly).
