"Based on the information received from regional coordinators and other sources, three people were injured by mines and unexploded ordnance, as a result of two incidents in February 2022," APA reports citing the Azerbaijan Public Union for Anti Mine Campaign.
As a result, one civilian was killed in the explosion of the remains of a cluster munition, while two civilians were injured in an anti-personnel mine explosion:
“In February 2022, incidents involving mines and unexploded ordnance took place in the Yevlakh and Tartar regions. In total, in the first two months of 2022, six people were affected by mines and unexploded ordnance."
