288 new people, subjected to torture and other illegal actions during the past period, have been determined regarding the "Terter case" and recognized as victims, fully, comprehensively interrogated on the case and they have been provided with forensic expertise, press service of Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
It has been noted that in total 405 victims on the criminal cases have been determined with the persons, recognized as victims during the previous investigation on torture facts. Measures in the direction of determination of victims on the case, interrogation of servicemen, who committed illegal actions, as well as comprehensive, full, and objective investigation of all cases on the criminal prosecution are continued.
