Baku. Hafiz Heydarov-APA. A criminal case was launched on the blast occurred in Binagadi district of Azerbaijan’s capital and caused one dead and 4 injured, Binagadi District Prosecutor’s Office told APA.
It should be noted that strong blast occurred in the house in Binagadi district on January 8. The blast happened in Binagadi settlement, 1st Meden Street, Apt. 16 in the morning. Four people under wreckage were injured and one dead. The gas leak in the gas stove caused the blast. The family did not turn off the gas in the evening. At night the gas supply was cut off and was restored later. The blast occurred when the residents turned on the light.
They were Mikayil Huseynov, 57, his wife Zarifa Huseynova, 56, his daughter Elnara Huseynova, 30, Huseynov’s son-in-law Ziya Hasanzadeh, 31, and Hasanzadeh’s wife Laman Hasanzadeh.
Mikayil Huseynov and his wife were taken to the burns unit of Hospital #5.
