Baku. Ramil Mammadliâ€“APA. Yasamal District believersâ€™ appeal from a judgment on removal of the Prophet Mohammad Mosque at Murtuza Mukhtarov 190 is reviewed by the Appeal Courtâ€™s member Gunduz Guliyev, the court sources told APA.
On November 28, 2008, Yasamal District Court confirmed the Yasamal District Executive Powerâ€™s complaint about the illegal construction and passed a decision on removal of the mosque at Murtuza Mukhtarov 190. It was noticed in the court resolution that non-residential building â€“ mosque was constructed in the area and it must be removed.
