Women from Nardaran say they are ready to fight against Israel in Gaza

The protesters also accused some Azeri parliamentarians, APA reports. Nardaran resident Mashadi Mehman Mammadov said some parliamentarians, especially Ganira Pashayeva, Zahid Oruj and Aydin Mirzazadeh served the interests of Israel.
â€œSome Azerbaijani intellectuals and parliamentarians serve Israel, Zionism,â€ he said.
Mammadov also condemned the measures taken to ban ceremonies related to Ashura.
â€œWe damn chairman of the religious committee Hidayat Orujov, who tries to prevent necessary ceremonies by all means,â€ he said.

Touching on the negative cases in Azerbaijani Army Mammadov said Nardaran residents will refuse to do military service, if the deaths and other problems in the armed forces are not eliminated.

A group of woman protesters said they intended to leave for Palestine and participate in the military operations against Israel.

The protesters chanted slogans â€œDeath to America and Israel!â€, â€œDeath to American Zionism!â€, â€œGeorge Bush number one terrorist!â€, â€œJerusalem is ours!â€, â€œWe share Gazaâ€™s grief!â€.

The flags of the US and Israel, effigies of the U.S. President George Bush and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert were burnt at the end of the rally.
