Baku. Ramil Mammadli –APA. Former health minister Ali Insanov is receiving comprehensive treatment at the Justice Ministry’s Medical Center. The checkup is provided by the medical commission in accordance with the recommendations of the European Court of Human Rights, Insanov’s lawyer Agaveyis Shahverdi told APA. Three doctors were submitted by Insanov and other three were appointed by the government. The lawyer said concrete opinion on the Insanov’s health could be expressed after the checkup.
The European Court of Human Rights passed decision about treatment of Ali Insanov and he was moved to the Justice Ministry’s medical center.
The court decision was fulfilled by the Azerbaijani government on December 12, 2008.
