House inventory in landslide zone of Bayil slope causes problems

Baku. Elnur Mammadliâ€“APA. A house inventory in landslide zone of Bayil slope caused some problems, which delay the inventory process, department chief of the Sabayil District Executive Power Israfil Karimov told APA. He said some of the 151 houses in the landslide zone had been occupied by the internally displaced persons and some by the lodgers. Karimov said there were a lot of unlicensed houses and some of them were built after the landslide in 2000. â€œDuring the investigations it was clarified that after receiving compensation a man left his house for his son-in-law, who is also demanding compensation now. Some of the residents would not like to give information about their houses. Even three families occupied same house in some placesâ€.

Karimov said despite these difficulties, three groups are conducting inventory of the houses in the landslide zone. The department chief said that they would prepare a list after the inventory and submit to the government and it would define how the residents would receive compensation.
