Binagadi District Police Office told APA that it happened in the 17-storeyed building near “Terlan†wedding place at 12.30. Irana Ibrahim Hashimova, 16, threw herself from the balcony.
Irana Hashimova died on the spot. The causes of the suicide are not known yet.
Binagadi District Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the site.
