Suleymanov underlined that former Health Minister was transferred to treatment unity of Ministry for examination and he is being treated at present.
European Court of Human Rights passed a decision to ensure treatment of former Health Minister Ali Insanov and transfer him Treatment Unity of Ministry basing on appeals of former minister.
Azerbaijani Government executed the decision on December 12.
