Five rescued from destruction of building blasted in the capital of Azerbaijan - UPDATED

High-rank officials of Ministry of Emergency situations, Interior Ministry, Prosecutor’s Office have already arrived at the site. Aliyev stated that there was not death toll and blasted part of the building will be restored. Injured hosts will be taken to other places. Twenty apartments were destroyed as a result of explosion.
Alikhan Malikov, Chairman of Azeriqaz Closed Joint Stock Company arriving at the site stated that according to initial reports the gas leak caused the explosion.
“ A real reason of the accident will be investigated ,†he said.
One of the injured hostesses Novrasta Gurbanova has been taken to Hospital. The patient was under bad condition.
Baku First Aid Station said that one more injured man had been taken to Hospital#2 named after Afandiyev. 2-3-year-old child has not yet been identified.
