The police will strengthen security in the capital in connection with the anniversary of Heydar Aliyev’s death tomorrow, deputy chief of Baku Main Police Office Yashar Aliyev told APA. He said that Parlament Avenue and Huseyn Street would be closed from morning, traffic would be limited near Azizbayov monument. Yashar Aliyev said those coming to visit Heydar Aliyev’s grave would enter the Honor Alley from outer door and leave from the exit door in the territory where school #20 was located.
Department chief of Baku State Traffic Police Office Vagif Asadov told APA that traffic would be completely limited in Parlament Avenue, at the intersection of Mushfig circle and Metbuat Avenue, as well as at the intersection of Javid Avenue and Mushfig circle. Asadov advised drivers to use alternative roads.
