Judge of European Court: â€œDecisions related to Azerbaijan are being executedâ€

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva-APA. â€œEuropean Courtâ€™s decisions on Azerbaijan are being executedâ€, Khanlar Hajiyev, Azerbaijani judge in European Court of Human Rights told journalists.
Hajiyev stated that Russia was a big state and it executed all decisions irrespective of dissatisfaction with decisions. Turkey also acts so. We should also execute decisions. I consider that there is not such problem in Azerbaijan. I have informed that all decisions related to Azerbaijan are being executedâ€, he said.
Hajiyev was not satisfied with facts that Azerbaijan failed in the European Court.
â€œYou know only about decisions. You do not know which decisions are not passed. The court only passes a decision during the correspondence with the government. There are such issues that the government takes correct position and the problem is eliminated,â€ he said.
He took stance on the extraordinary consideration of appeals of former Health Minister Ali Insanov in ECHR.
â€œThe court takes the person, his recognition in the country and other factors into account. The court can cancel this Article in any stageâ€, he said.
