Karabakh Military Prosecutor launched a criminal case under article 342.2 of the Criminal Code, Preublican Military Prosecutor’s Office told APA.
The incident happened in the night from December 4 to 5.
Soldier Abdullayev Samir Rafig, 21 registered in Ganja Military Commissariat in January 2008 was killed as a result of heavy burns. Three soldiers – Huseynov Elsever Siyavush, Verdiyev Vusal Jalal, Mehdiyev Vusal Polad were taken to the Sarijali military hospital. The fire blazed up as a result of lighting of stove.
