Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs holds a board meeting

Baku-APA. Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs has today held a board meeting on the results of the implementation of the board decisions and the results of the search for missing and accused persons and the identification of unidentified bodies.
The ministry’s press service said Interior Minister Colonel-General Ramil Usubov underscored the importance of the meeting agenda.
He briefed the participants about successful fulfillment of the tasks.
Then, Major-General Fazil Guliyev, Head of Institutional and Inspection Department, noted that there have been continuous measures to improve governance in internal affairs, increase the mobility of manpower and resources, streamline activities, strengthen control over the crime situation, etc.
It was noted that 16 board meetings were held and 28 decisions were adopted over the past 3 years.
Major General Emin Shekiniski, Chief of the Criminal Investigation Department, made a report on the search for missing persons and the identification of unidentified bodies.
Wraping up the meeting, Ramil Usubov gave specific instructions and recommendations to address several deficiencies in the internal affairs bodies.
