Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Workshop on the theme “Relations between the police and citizens†was held in Neftchala region police office, chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov told APA. He said the workshop had been supported by the committee. Behbudov said he had visited temporary detention facility of Neftchala region police office, the detainees had not complained of the detention conditions.
