Collection of European Court of Human Rights Resolutions to be published

Baku â€“APA. Azerbaijan Lawyers Confederation (ALC) prepared the 500-page Collection of European Court of Human Rights Resolutions for publishing in 1500 circulation within the project sponsored by the Non-Governmental Organizations Support Council under the President of Azerbaijan Republic, ALC press service told APA. The collection, which covered more than 130 resolutions passed in 2007-2008, will help the courts and judges to learn and to use experience of the European Court. The collection will be published with introduction by the chief of the department of the Presidentâ€™s Office for work with the law-enforcement bodies Fuad Alasgarov and Minister of Justice and chairman of the Judiciary Council Fikrat Mammadov. It was edited by the Azerbaijani representative to the European Court of Human Rights, member of ALC Governing Board Chingiz Asgarov. ALC secretary general Nador Adilov is an executive editor of the publication.
The Collection will be presented on December 10, on the occasion of Human Rights Day. It will be freely delivered to the lawyers.
