Baku. Hafiz Heydarov â€“APA. A businessman was arrested in Baku for evasion from payment of taxes. Binagadi District Police Office told APA Gahraman jafarov, 53 is charged with evasion from payment of taxes and service forgery according to article 213 and 313 of the Criminal Code.

He carried on business in Surakhani District for long time and it was reported about his illegal activities there. Jafarov was arrested as a result of operational searches conducted by Binagadi District Criminal Investigation Department. The investigative measures are continued.
