Nasimi district prosecutor’s office told APA that while reviewing the site the operation group found 2 F-1 hand grenades, 1 bullet, 9 submachine gun bullet (7.62mm caliber), 1 submachine gun charger and 1 bullet for TOZ-8 Margulen submachine gun. The found ammunitions were sent for examination.
Prosecutor’s office also said it was not proved whether the ammunitions caused the explosion in the house. According to the medical judgment, Azad Karimov and his wife Anya Karimova died of carbon monoxide poisoning. The fact is being investigated.
The explosion occurred in Abilov Street, 78 in Nasimi district at 08.30 yesterday. Azad Karimov and his wife died in the explosion caused by gas leak.
