Relatives of patient died during the operation complain to the Procurator’s Office â€“ <font color=red>PHOTO </font>

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva â€“APA. A tragedy happened at the Diagnosis medical center in Khatai District of Baku. 31-year old Ruslan Hamidov, who came to the hospital for nasal septum operation died as a result of bleeding. Doctor Ilgar Azizov damaged his aorta during the operation. Hamidovâ€™s relatives said it was easy operation, but doctorâ€™s inexperience and carelessness caused the fatal results. They said legal-medical expertise also confirmed the doctorâ€™s carelessness.
Deputy Director of the medical center Gochali Nagiyev told APA that they would not like to make announcements as yet. â€œThe court is waiting for the official conclusion of the legal medical experts. We discussed the issue with the Chief Doctor of the center. I cannot give any comments for the momentâ€. Nagiyev said Doctor Azimov was not punished because the doctors are not secured from the accident. â€œWe canâ€™t say anything until the approval of this issue. We donâ€™t know is there a doctorâ€™s carelessness or not. It is clear if there is guilty, he should be punishedâ€.

Press service of the Health Ministry told APA the patient came to Diagnosis medical center in daytime on November 8. He was plastically operated on the nasal septum. Hamidov passed all estimations before the election. He waked up after the anesthesia normally and talked to his relatives. 7 hours later after the operation he suddenly had a bloody vomit. Despite the medical aid he died as a result of bleeding. The Health Ministry said the medical expert confirmed that bleeding caused the death, but didnâ€™t show what bleeding he had: nasal or gastric? The experts are conducting the cystic tests now. Decision regarding the doctor will be made depending on the results of these tests.

Kahatai District Prosecutorâ€™s Office told APA Hamidovâ€™s family has already complained on the fact and they are investigating it now.
