Skinheads knifed Azerbaijani boy in Russia are charged

Baku. Zaur Nurmammadov –APA. Extremist crime rate in Russia is increasing. 380 extremist crimes were committed in 2008 which exceeds last year indication for 62.4 percent, APA reports. One of the last such crimes was committed in Ijevsk last month, investigative committee of the Russian Prosecutor’s Office told ITAR-TASS agency. Law-enforcement bodies launched a criminal case against two members of the nationalist group who wounded 13-year old Azerbaijani citizen Nadir Shahin oglu Nadirli. Investigators clarified that two, known as Fokeyev and Kondratyev, were drunken when they intended to kill Azerbaijani boy while he was leaving the store. They wounded him knifing in breast and back for 8 times. Two extremists are charged with the murder attempt.
