Lawyer says contradictions in evidences of Ilhama Guliyeva’s son

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov–APA. The Court of Grave Crimes held next proceedings of the trial of People’s Artist Ilhama Guliyeva’s son Orkhan Nadirov, the sons of former prosecutors Mahir Mirsalamov and Yalchin Hasanov, as well as 11 others. Defendants’ lawyers gave petition to the court chaired by Judge Azer Orujov, APA reports. Nadirov’s lawyer Seyfaddin Aliyev said there were contradictions in the written and oral evidences giving by his client. Another lawyer asked to end the trial of Kamala Eyvazova because she, mother of four is ill. Yalchin Hasanov’s lawyer Asgar Heydarov claimed that expertise of his client’s drug test was not correct. Public Prosecutor Nariman Alakbarov demanded not to accept the petitions. The judges left for consultations. The process will continue in the second half of the day.
