Criminal case launched on mass poisoning among pupils in the capital of Azerbaijan

The pupils were taken to Children Infectious Hospital#1 after poisoning. One of them was released after receiving first medical aid and the rest are under the treatment,â€ Ramiz Razayev, Assistant Prosecutor of Baku told APA
He stated that their condition was normal at present.
â€œThe doctors examined the pupils and they were diagnosed with poisoning. They were poisoned with cakes. Samples of the cakes were sent to lab,â€ he said.
Rzayev noted according to the testimony of salesman Vugar Imanov that he bought these cakes from Koroglu firm engaged in selling of Ukraine-made cakes. Khatai Police Department launched an investigation under Article 200.4 (Deceit of consumers or manufacture and selling of lower-quality production) of Criminal Code on October 31, 2008.
