Lankaran. Agaddin Babayev â€“APA. Officers of the Lankaran City Police Office arrested the local resident for the narcotic drug use, chief investigator Rovshan Rashidov told APA local bureau. He said 33-year old Chingiz Nurullayev was detained near his home as a suspect and police officers found 0.503 g opium, 0.392 g heroin and 4 pieces of psychotropic substance near him.
Nurullayev, a former weight-lifter, fell into the drug addiction as a result of doping use. A criminal case was launched on the fact.
