Explosion killed one and injured nine Azerbaijani citizens in Moscow –UPDATED

The 400 g TNT equivalent explosion occurred at about 22.00 Thursday evening near the café in the street General Belov, APA reports quoting RIA-Novosti. The Azerbaijani citizen, a part-time Moscow residence, whose name was not made public, was killed and 10 injured as a result of explosion. Bomb-disposal experts specified that the explosive was filled with bolts and screws to increase its capacity. It supposed that explosives were brought to the café in hand-bag and put under the table. According to the latest report, nine of the injured are the Azerbaijani citizens. A criminal case was launched on articles of murder, illegal arm purchase, selling, owning and carrying.
