Deputy Chief of the Public Policy Department of the Presidentâ€™s Office of Azerbaijan Nazim Isayev died

Nazim Isa Isayev was born in 1959 in Lambali Village of Georgiaâ€™s Garachop region. He graduated from Duzayram secondary school in 1976 and was admitted to Baku State University History School. Then he was transferred to Lomonosov Moscow State University History School and graduated from there in 1983. He was a professor of history at the Azerbaijan Oil Academy in 1983-1994.
Isayev worked as a department chief at the Ministry of Youth and Sport in 1994-1996. He was working in the Presidentâ€™s Office since 1996 as senior assistant and then deputy chief of the public policy department.
