People defrauded by GEN LLC stage picket

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“ APA. A group of people who, are supposedly defrauded by GEN LLC Director Elbrus Aliyev have staged a picket outside Baku Mayorâ€™s Office today. APA reports that they demanded arrest of other persons, who misappropriated their money. The sufferers also demanded meeting with Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov.

Abutalibov informed them through his assistants that he would deal with their problems after the trial. Protesting against it, the sufferers went to the Presidential Executive Office. In the office they were told that necessary instructions had been given to Hajibala Abutalibov to deal with the problem.

Elbrus Aliyev was arrested on June 11. Basing on his testimonies the Companyâ€™s Chief Accountant Aliyar Abbasov, Deputy Director Nabi Mammadov and Treasurer Habib Aghayev were also arrested. They faced charges under Article 178.3.2 (swindle with causing damage in the large size). They are accused of misappropriating money of citizens.
