Police arrest one more gang member attacking on firm and stealing $240,000 in Azerbaijanâ€™s capital

Baku. Mahbuba Gasimbayli - APA. Aliullayev Natig Namig, who was accused of attacking the firm selling lubricants in Tbilisi Avenue, Baku on the night of March 4-5, injuring guard Tofig Ismayilov and stealing a great deal of money, has been arrested, Nasimi district prosecutorâ€™s office told APA. Aliullayev was arrested yesterday.

The search operations found out that Baku resident Mustafayev Elvin Abdul, Agayev Faig Khanlar and driver of the firm Aliullayev Natig Namig committed the crime. They took the safe with $150,000 and AZN 75,000 in it.

Agayev was detained on August 17, Mustafayev on August 20. The detainees faced charges under Articles 181.3.2 (robbery with a view to occupy large size of property) and 185.2.1 (illegal occupation of automobile or other vehicle without a purpose of plunder on preliminary arrangement by group of persons) of the Criminal Code and were arrested.
