Alakbarova is a mother of Nazim Alakbarov , Chief of Penitentiary Service, Deputy Justice Minister. Father of Alakbarov Ramiz Alakbarov has died at the site.
Devechi resident Shireli Novruzov , passenger of car marked VAZ-2107 owned by Devechi resident Vasif Bayramov died during crash with car marked Honda owned by Naila Alakbarova , sister of Nazim Alakbarov. Injured drivers, passengers of car owned by Bayramov Narkhanim Novruzova, Afsane Novruzova, Aghdash resident Parvin Mammadov, as well as passengers of car owned by Alakbarova Nadir Zeynalov and Rashid Vazirov have been taken to hospital.
