Teacher accused of swindle arrested

The trial has been presided over by Mirpasha Huseynov. Decision passed by Court of Grave Crimes has been changed. Rashida Aliyeva was sentenced to 4-year imprisonment. The Court upheld decision on other defendant.
Ilgar Sultanov was sentenced to 7-year imprisonment and Aliyeva received 3-year conditional sentence under decision of the Court of Grave Crimes. The two persons, who misappropriated money of 17 persons and it caused $500.000-damage assessment faced charges under Article 178 (swindle) of the Criminal Code.
