Court judges of the Caspian littoral countries to gather in Kazakhstan

Baku. Mahbube Gasimbeyli â€“APA. Public unions of court judges of the Caspian littoral countries will hold their meeting in Aktau, Kazakhstan in October-November, 2008, Aladdin Jafarov, chairman of the Public Union of Court Judges of Azerbaijan said at the Unionâ€™s meeting on Saturday, APA reports. They will discuss cooperation between the judges of the Caspian littoral states and will sign a memorandum. Jafarov said his organization was invited to the meeting of International Judges Union to take place in September in Yerevan, Armenia. He said participants scheduled to visit Armenian religious center Echmiadzin and memorial of so-called 1915 â€œgenocideâ€ victims. Jafarov said they would decide to participate or not at the meeting after the discussions. Jafarov said his organization applied to the International Judges Union for membership two years ago, but they were invited as an observer.
