According to APA, Khalil has not joined the process again. Journalistâ€™s lawyer Elchin Sadigov said Khalil didnâ€™t consider himself as a sufferer in the Stekalinâ€™s criminal case and said Stekalin didnâ€™t knife him. Public Prosecutor Eldar Hamzayev and defending side demanded to bring Khalil to the court room forcedly. The court decided to bring Khalil forcedly and asked Nasimi District Police Office to implement the decision. The process will be continued on July 3. Stekalin is accused on Article 127. 1 (deliberate causing of minor serious harm to health) and Article 234.1 (illegal purchase or storage without a purpose of selling of narcotics or psychotropic substances in a quantity (amount) exceeding necessary for personal consumption) of the Criminal Code.
