Guba. Tamara Grigoryevaâ€“APA. Azerbaijanâ€™s Guba Region hosted seminar on productive management in local executive powers and self-governing institutions on the occasion of the UN Public Service Day, APA reports.
Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova addressing the event spoke about importance of legitimacy and development of democracy in Azerbaijan. Representatives of Justice Ministry, Commission for Civil Service under the President of Azerbaijan, NGOs, as well as Rauf Habibov, Head of Guba Executive Power attended the seminar.
