Baku. Lachin Sultanova-APA. Representatives of World Russian People’s Assembly offered to name one of the streets in Moscow or St. Petersburg after Azerbaijani warlord Huseyn khan Nakhchivanski. APA reports quoting Interfax that co-chair of Yekaterinburg department of the assembly Sergey Pisarev said that Huseyn khan Nakhchivanski was a talented warlord and was devoted to Tsar Nicholas II. After tsar gave up throne, he refused to serve the temporary government and was shot down by Bolsheviks in 1919.
“The people should know about this fact of devotion. Why not name one of the streets in Moscow or in St. Petersburg after Huseyn khan Nakhchivanski”, he said.
