He noted that Telmankand resident Rza Rahmatov appealed to Police Department on March 29 and reported about missing of 19-year-old daughter Aygun Rahmatova on March 25. Officials of Astara Police Department have launched investigation and it was unsuccessful. Relatives of Rahmatova have found her burnt body in basement of the house on April 5. Astara Prosecutor’s Office has launched investigation on the case.
