Three facts of suicide recorded in northern region of Azerbaijan

Khachmaz-Gusar. Solmaz Mehdiyeva-APA. Three suicides have been committed in the northern region of Azerbaijan, APAâ€™s north bureau reports. Resident of Yalama village of Khachmaz Region, Rugiyya Yarmammadova, 24, received arsenic acid on March 14. Yarmammadova was taken to Khachmaz Central Hospital, but doctors could not save her life. He died in the hospital on March 16.
Resident of Chinartala village of Khachmaz Region, Habil Garashikhov, 51, hanged himself in his house. He was reportedly a mental patient. One more suicide was committed in Gusar Region. Gusar Region Police Office told APAâ€™s northern bureau that resident of Shirvanovka village, Eyvaz Damirov, 16, hanged himself in the attic on March 16. Prosecutorâ€™s offices of Khachmaz and Gusar Regions launched criminal cases on all the three suicides on Article 125 (inciting to suicide) of the Criminal Code.
13 facts of suicide have been recorded in the northern region since the beginning of the year.
9 committed suicide in Khachmaz, 3 in Gusar and 1 in Devechi.
