Afag Habibova died at the site. Despite that Konul Habibova was taken to Salyan Hospital, she died at the hospital in 17.00. Galib Habibov was taken to the capital immediately.
Prosecutorâ€™s Office told APA that Jafarov was arrested and he pleaded his guilty. The incident occurred because of family dispute.
Salyan Prosecutorâ€™s Office has launched a criminal case under Article 120.2.7 (deliberate murder).
Local residents told APA that his wife wanted to divorce from R. Jafarov and leave the house together with children. Jafarov participated in Karabakh war and was contused.
