Barda prosecutorâ€™s office launches criminal case on businessmanâ€™s murder

Tahmazov is said to be the owner of a wedding place in Barda. He was in Mercedes, when it happened. The murderer escaped leaving the gun at the site. As it was dark, it is not known whether there were witnesses or not. According to the initial version, the murder was committed on commercial dispute, or on jealousy.
Barda prosecutorâ€™s office told APA that the man is the owner of Garabagh wedding place Rza Tahmazov in Barda. The murder was committed in Barda region, Fuzuli street at 21.40 on October 1.
An unknown man fired on him while he was going home. He died at the site.
Barda prosecutorâ€™s office launched criminal case on the fact on article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the criminal code. An investigation group has been set up, the site has been reviewed. Investigation is being carried out. /APA/
