AZAL Security Service chief and officers held in National Security Ministryâ€™s detention place

The lawyer did not give information about arrest of some others along with Emil Suleymanov and noted that his arrest has no connection with detention of singer Ragsanaâ€™s sister Ellada Ismayilova and mother Adila Hasanova who are accused of human trafficking.
Officer of AZAL Security Service Tamerlan Mikayilov faced charges under article 308 of the criminal code. Mikayilovâ€™s lawyer told APA that Sabayel district court sentenced him to two months in jail, he is held in National Security Ministryâ€™s detention place.
â€œTamerlan Mikayilovâ€™s act is not crime. I think there is misunderstanding here. The reports that he is accused of human trafficking are not true,â€ he said.
Law-enforcement bodies told APA that several others have been arrested on the case. The names of engineer of AZAL Security Service Tahir Esedzade and other officer of the service Rafet Aliyev are known. According to the source, Mikayilov was arrested on August 1 this year. The others were arrested after that. All of them are held in National Security Ministryâ€™s detention place. /APA/
