The residents of Yeni Zod village of the region were poisoned in a wedding ceremony. They came to Khanlar Central Hospital as from 19.00 yesterday evening.
Assistant of head physician of the hospital Eldar Muradov told the APA’s local bureau, fever, aches in abdominal cavity, diarrhea is observed in people who came to hospital.12 of poisoned people in a wedding ceremony came to Khanlar Central Hospital yesterday, 2 of them today.
Eldar Muradov said that conditions of patients are satisfactory. The patients say that meals made of chicken, sausages, peach juice caused their poisoning.
Meals used in a wedding ceremony were prepared by the host, not by restaurant.
Inspector of Khanlar police department Fuzuli Zeynalov told the APA, poisoned people gave explanation to them. He said that the investigation is being carried out on the fact and it will be defined which food caused poisoning as soon as medical-laboratory examinations end. /APA/
