Baku. Mubariz Aslanov – APA. “The commission of serious incidents by Armenia in Nagorno-Karabakh is not excluded on the eve of presidential elections in Azerbaijan,” the first Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament, Chairman of the Committee on Security and Defense Issues Ziyafat Asgarov told APA.
He said that it can not impede to normal electoral process in Azerbaijan in any case: “Let the Armenians know that we will give a decent answer to their provocation. Azerbaijan has potential and power for it. Those wanting to test our strength will get their response.”
The first Vice-Speaker also said that all issues have already been regulated regarding the upcoming presidential elections and the process would officially start from the first half of August.
