Members of European Parliament visit Azerbaijan

The delegation that will be in Azerbaijan on July 8-9, includes Mário David (Portugal), Ms Rachida Dati (France), Filip Kaczmarek (Poland), Ms. Elena Oana ANTONESCU (Romania) and former MP Jorge Morgado (Portugal).

The delegation is accompanied by member of Belgian Federal Parliament Alain Destexhe.

MEPs are expected to visit Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Energy and State Committee for Work with Refugees and IDPs as a part of their visit.

The delegation will pay a visit to Mushvigabad settlement of Garadagh district to get acquainted with the conditions created for the IDP families and review the settlement of internally displaced persons in Aghdam from helicopter.

The visit of the MEPs will serve to their awareness of Azerbaijani problems and sustained political support to our country.
