Baku. Victoria Dementyeva – APA. “Moldovan Parliamentary Advocate’s speech at the Armenian Parliament indicates that the international community can not accept militaristic and aggressive policy of Armenia,” Spokesman for Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Elman Abdullayev told APA.

Touching on Moldovan Parliamentary Advocate’s statements about Khojaly genocide committed against the Azerbaijanis that condemned the aggressive policy of Armenia, Elman Abdullayev said that this speech can be an example especially for many international organizations specializing in human rights.

“The international community should pay attention to the massive violation of human rights and give a strong response to such incidents. The question is about the ethnic cleansing policy conducted in the Azerbaijani territories and forcible expulsion of people from their homes. This is not only a courageous step, but also an objective step to protect over one million refugees and internally displaced persons whose rights have been violated for more than 20 years. Armenia should understand that crimes committed against humanity in Khojaly, ethnic cleansing, attempts to change borders forcedly can not be hidden,” he said.
