Azerbaijan's President congratulates French President

Baku – APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to the President of France François Hollande. The letter says:

“Dear Mr. President. On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my sincere congratulations to You and your people on the occasion of the national holiday of France. I attach great importance to Azerbaijan-France relations. High-level political contacts, mutual economic cooperation, continuous cultural ties are important factors demonstrating the friendship between our peoples. France's position on the establishment of peace and stability in the region is important for us. We have great hopes for the efforts of France, OSCE Minsk Group co-chair, and Your efforts towards the fair settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict basing on the international legal norms. I wish You robust health and success in your activity, peace and prosperity to the friendly people of France.
